This thing is beautiful. I was a little worried about the drainage of the glass insert since I normally use a stainless steel strainer in my teas, but this works wonderfully.

I keep this cup at work to brew loose leaf herbal teas, and the filter fits perfectly into the lid. It’s very delicate, so while this is perfect for me, I’m not sure that it would hold up for my husband. But I’m very very happy with this. ----By CJ

Seems kinda difficult to find glass mugs that also have a ceramic strainer *and* a lid, so I was happy to find this one. I love it for flower teas, and I also use it for fresh mint teas, as well. The outside of the glass still feels warm when hot water is added, but it's not uncomfortable. Tea stays warm long enough for me to drink it, which is fine. ----By Z Bell
